I'm so glad you're here! Lets go over some housekeeping rule

NO REFUNDS

I do not offer refunds of any kind. All extension purchases are FINAL sale. All price quotes on ANY service are valid up to 30 days and then price is subject to change. 

extension HAIR

Extensions are final sale, no refunds or exchanges, be sure to follow the instructions of the at home care guide that comes in your take home kit.

Color & EXTENSION Services

Please note all COLOR & EXTENSION services require an in person or virtual consultation. This is to ensure that your expectations are clear and we are on the same page with what can be achieved at your service. A deposit is required to book these appointments.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you.  I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Mane & Co. Salon

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact the salon to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

TARDINESS

If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit a portion of your services for the day. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Mane & Co. Salon

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 48 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Mane & Co. Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply "C" to. However, if you do not confirm your appointment by 6pm, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% the cost of the services scheduled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

Contracts

A contract with these policies will be sent out to every client upon me booking your appointment. THIS DOCUMENT MUST BE SIGNED... NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS

For safety and sanitation, Mane & Co. Salon does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon. *** Some exceptions may be granted, please reach out to me prior to your appointment to see if your situation meets these exceptions ***

Yearly Booking

I will be implementing yearly booking for all my clients starting February 20th 2024. I will be booking all appointments out for the entire year, This will provide me and all of my clients with their preferred availability and will prevent missing required/needed maintenance. If you run into an issue with a booked appointment as we will be booking out for the year, I will do my best to accommodate a new appointment time for you. You will not be penalized for needing to move an appointment around unless you are outside of the cancellation policy timeframe. ** Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions regarding this booking policy**

Addtional information

IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR SALON.
